If you are planning on selling or renting your home you will need to get an Energy Performance Certificate, EPC, before you can market the property. The EPC must be produced by a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and lodged on the central database. Access to the report and certificate is restricted to those that have a genuine reason.  

By contacting Fox Energy Assessors you can be sure that your property will be inspected and the EPC produced by a fully Qualified and Accredited independant Domestic Energy Assessor providing EPCs for the rental or sales market.

We will arrange the property inspection at a time suitable for you, including evenings and weekends. You won't be waiting in all day as we will agree a fixed time with you. The assessor always carries photo ID so that you know who you are letting into your home. Please ask to see his ID.

EPCs will normally be lodged with Landmark (central register on behalf of the government) within 24 hours of the inspection. 

Energy Performance Certificates are valid for 10 years.
