Fully Qualified and Accredited independant Domestic Energy Assessor providing EPCs for the rental market or for inclusion in your HIP when selling.

We will arrange the property inspection at a time suitable for you, including evenings and weekends. EPCs will normally be lodged with Landmark (central register on behalf of the government) within 24 hours of the inspection. 

If you are selling your home you will need to produce a Home Information Pack (HIP). You can compile the pack yourself or commission a third party to do it on your behalf. One of the main parts of the HIP is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which must be supplied by a qualified and accredited person. 
If you are renting a dwelling, you need to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate . You are not required to produce a HIP.
